Spend your summer immersed in creativity, exploration, and fun in beautiful El Puerto de Santa María, Spain! Our Art Summer Camp offers a vibrant, hands-on experience where imagination takes center stage.
Throughout the camp, participants will dive into a wide range of artistic and creative activities, including ceramics, painting, crafts, and collaborative projects. Beyond the studio, campers will enjoy exciting days filled with trips to the park, engaging science experiments, and even cooking sessions that bring creativity into the kitchen. We’ll also explore the local culture with excursions to nearby museums and other spots around the city.
A special highlight of the camp is our end-of-summer showcase: a live theater performance inspired by the book Sofía y Elisa salen a pasear, illustrated by one of our very own instructors, Mari Carmen. Campers will work together to bring this story to life, designing and creating their own costumes, building set pieces, and rehearsing for a final performance to share with family and friends.
This camp is the perfect blend of art, play, learning, and collaboration—set in one of Spain’s most charming coastal towns. Whether your child loves to create, perform, or explore, they’ll leave with new skills, friendships, and unforgettable memories.
Campers will be responsible for bringing their own lunch and reusable water bottles.
Please reserve your spot by putting down a €50 deposit per camper. Full payment will be accepted at the studio on the first day the camper attends through cash, credit, or Bizum.

Campers ease into the day with play at the nearby park to beat the heat and get some energy out before focused time.

Time for art! Campers will get creative exploring all kids of arts and crafts from personal projects to creating costumes and set pieces for our end of summer showcase.

About the staff
Mari Carmen has been a pillar at Open Arts Factory teaching both children and adults for many years. She is happy to lend her talents throughout the summer teaching the children how to express themselves through arts and crafts. Through her expert guidance as the illustrator of Sofía y Elisa salen a pasear, the children will work together to help bring the set and costumes of this story to life as well as create their own personal projects to enjoy at home.
Nadia Marina is new to the team and comes from Los Angeles, CA, USA. As an experienced actor and creator she will be using her many talents to help the kids bring Sofía y Elisa salen a pasear to life for the end of summer showcase. She will also be running the rest of the creative workshops making sure the kids are inspired creatively through cooking, theater, science, and dance.
Other workshops include ceramics which will be run by Melissa and cooking which will be run by Marianela.

We offer our summer camp on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis where the children learn a variety of art skills. This camp includes outdoor play, occasional excursions and lots of creative fun!

Reserving is simple. At the top of this page you can reserve your spot by putting down a deposit of €50 per camper. There will be a form for you to fill out to specify what dates you would like to reserve. If you are registering multiple campers please not that in your submission so we can apply the sibling discount.
